Technical preventive measures for construction safety in summer

2. During construction in rainy season, ensure the smoothness of on-site transportation roads. Often clean the road and remove the ponding

3. The construction site should have reliable drainage facilities in the rainy season. In the rainy season, it can only be used as plastic antioxidant. Before use, the original drainage system should be checked, dredged, repaired and reinforced, and drainage facilities should be added if necessary

4. The concrete pouring should avoid the high temperature period as far as possible. IV. on site implementation measures

1. Before the rainy season, an inspection of neutral connection and grounding of electrical equipment should be organized. Tower cranes, construction elevators, material hoists and other high-altitude operation machinery should be installed with lightning protection devices, and the motors of construction machinery should be covered in rainy days to prevent rain; The power switch box should be rainproof; Outdoor lighting fixtures are equipped with rain covers. If there is a gale alarm, tower cranes should tie the wind rope in advance

2. Before the typhoon, the scaffold should be reinforced and the connection point with the structure should be increased as much as possible; After the rain, check whether the support of the scaffold pole is loose for timely rectification

3. Electricians on duty should patrol the construction site in rainy seasons to inspect and maintain electrical equipment to prevent damage and electric shock accidents

4. After the rain, the foundation settlement of tower crane and material hoist should be checked, and any problems should be handled in time

5. For particularly bad weather, such as strong wind, heavy rain, lightning, etc., outdoor operation should be temporarily stopped

6. The project department shall prepare special safety measures for typhoon and lightning protection of machines and tools in summer

8. Ventilation should be ensured in deep foundation pit and foundation construction, and construction personnel should work in turn to strengthen control

9. Working hours should be reduced in high-temperature weather, work and rest hours should be adjusted, overtime at noon should be strictly controlled, and the high-temperature hours at 13:00 and 15:00 should be staggered, so as to grab two ends in summer construction. Prevent falling accidents caused by heatstroke of workers working at heights such as scaffold erection

1. For elevator shaft and pipe shaft, a fully enclosed first floor protection should be set up 2m above the bottom of the shaft with wood or bamboo frame board. A horizontal protection is set every 2 or 3 layers above the first layer of protection. The facade openings with bay windows in elevator shafts, pipe shafts and residential buildings shall be fenced with shaped square steel pipes or galvanized pipes and fixed with expansion bolts

Firm protective railings shall be erected at the edges of stairs, balconies, the outer side of access ramps, the perimeter of unloading platforms, the perimeter of roofs, the perimeter of frame floors, material hoists, the outer side of the material receiving opening of construction elevators, the perimeter of foundation pits and other adjacent parts without railings. The protective railings are 1.2m high, equipped with two horizontal rods, and closed with dense eyes hung outside. The unloading platform, discharge port, material elevator, and the material receiving port of the construction elevator should be equipped with shaped safety protection doors. The height of the protection doors is 1.82.0m, and eye-catching safety warning signs, load limit signs, level signs, etc. should be hung on the protection doors
